CITY OF PHILIP UTILITY CUSTOMERS – PAYMENT PLAN OPPORTUNITY
The City understands that this is a trying time and acknowledges that some of our customers are facing unanticipated time off from work and many other obstacles created from the COVID-19 pandemic.
In an effort to provide some type of relief, the City is offering an opportunity for our customers to make payments on utility account balances. Late fees will also be waived during the repayment if conditions are met.
Customers interested in taking advantage of this opportunity, shall call the City Office at 859-2175 or visit www.philipsd.us to obtain a Payment Plan Application form. The completed form may be submitted by mail to the City Office, PO Box 408, Philip, SD 57567; fax 605-859-2266; email cityadmin@philipsd.us; or, left at the bank drive-thru window.
