Board of Equalization Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the governing body, sitting as a Review Board of the City of Philip, Haakon County, South Dakota will meet in the Commissioner’s Room, located at 140 S. Howard Ave., Haakon Co. Courthouse 2nd Floor, in said taxing jurisdiction on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said taxing jurisdiction for the year 2019.

All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment are required to submit “Written Objections to Real Property Assessment”, (Form PT 17). These written objections must be filed with the City Finance Officer, acting as the clerk of the local board, no later than March 14, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Any interested persons are invited to attend this meeting.
