New Billing Statements
City of Philip Customers:
New billing statements are coming June 1st, 2022. The statements will be on letter size paper with a return envelope enclosed. Payment is still accepted at the City Office and First National Bank of Philip.
If you do not receive your statement by June 5th, please contact the City Office at 605-859-2175 or cityadmin@philipsd.us.
