Public Hearing - Intent to Lease City of Philip Property

Notice is hereby given that the Philip City Council will hold a public hearing during its regular meeting on Monday, May 2, 2022, at 7:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practical in the Community Room of the Haakon Co. Courthouse on the intent to lease municipal property as outlined in Resolution #2022-03.

The governing body is proposing to lease the house located at 410 US Hwy 14 to Dillon Armour, a private person. The property and terms may be found in Resolution #2022-03 and within the lease agreement which are available at the City Office.

At such time, any person interested in the approval or rejection of this lease may appear and be heard.

Following the hearing, the governing body may proceed to authorize a lease of the above-mentioned municipal property upon the terms and conditions it determines.
