 Alcoholic Beverage Licenses

Malt Beverage Licenses are valid between July 1st and June 30th.

Liquor and Wine Licenses are valid between January 1st and December 31st.

License Fees:
On-Off Sale Malt Beverage & SD Farm Wine $300.00/year
On-Sale Liquor $1200.00/year
Off-Sale Liquor $400.00/year
On/Off-Sale Wine $500.00/year
Video Lottery Machines (per machine) $50.00/year
Special Malt Beverage License $25.00/event

 Peddler's License

Complete an application and submit along with the fees and required documents to the City Office. Refer to Ordinance #10-200 for more information.

License Fees:
$35.00 per day/per person
$125.00 per year/per person

 

 Mobile Food & Beverage Vending License

Complete an application and submit along with the fees and required documents to the City Office. Refer to Ordinance #10-300 for more information.

License Fees:
$125.00 per year

 Medical Cannabis Dispensary License

Complete an application and submit along with the fees and required documents to the City Office. Refer to Ordinance #10-500 for more information.
